I finally got the Front Page editor fixed for www.weeksweb.com
There were a couple passwords in different locations I had to change.

Hopefully these instructions will work well for you:
Start FrontPage
File -> Open Front Page Web... (If neccessary, it may start
automagically)
Under the FrontPage 'Getting Started' Window that pops-up:
Select 'More Webs...'
Under 'Select a web server or disk location:'
Enter 'www.weeksweb.com'
Select 'Get Webs'
This will take about a minute to find the site
Select the appropriate grouping you would like to edit
<Root Web> is the primary web starting point

You should be able to open a new FrontPage web called 'derek' to make
edits to
and create a link off the main page.
